Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay.

Other things to note

The entire home is cleaned and sanitized after each stay with the utmost care and attention.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

At check-in you will receive all the necessary information to ensure a pleasant and carefree stay.

Smoking is allowed only on the terrace.

If at check-out there is a smell of smoke inside the apartment, a penalty of up to €250 will be charged to cover the cost of extra cleaning.

To also use the sofa bed in the living room, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

In accordance with Italian law, you will be required to complete an online check-in procedure that allows the identification of all guests staying at the property, and you will be asked to sign a short-term rental contract.
