Privacy

What this site collects, what we collect when you book, and what your rights are.

This page summarizes in plain words how we handle your data. You can find the full privacy notice of MC Hosting S.r.l. (VAT no. 17467181008) at the bottom of the page.

While you browse the site

The site does not use cookies and does not store your IP address. We count visits, searches and clicks on "Book" anonymously, to understand what works.

The map is provided by OpenStreetMap: to display it, your browser downloads images from their servers. The site is hosted on Vercel.

When you book

You enter your data on the Kross page, the system we use to manage bookings. We use it for your stay, for tax obligations and for the report to the Questura (the local police headquarters), which is required by law.

Your rights

You can ask us to view, correct or delete your data, or to restrict its use. Write to us on WhatsApp. If you think we are not handling it properly, you can contact the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (the Italian data protection authority).
