The space

ELEGANT AND COMFORTABLE SPACES Our 65 square meter apartment has been recently renovated to offer the utmost in comfort and style. Every detail has been carefully designed to create a welcoming and intimate atmosphere. The whole apartment has ultra-fast Wi-Fi (fiber optic), and it is located on the ground floor. Staying with us will also put you just a few steps from the main hospitals in Rome.

BEDROOM

The apartment has a spacious bedroom with very comfortable hypoallergenic mattresses (193x160 cm) for maximum comfort. The master bedroom is a true haven of tranquility, equipped with an open wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The large bedroom window lets in a beautiful light at dawn.

BATHROOM

Modern and functional, it has all the comforts you need for your well-being, including high-quality towels, toiletries, a washing machine and the majestic bathtub with shower!

KITCHEN

The kitchen is modern and functional, equipped with every appliance you could need, including a refrigerator, hob, oven, dishwasher and much more. It is the perfect place to prepare your dinners in peace. It also has access to the second balcony through a French door, which lets in a beautiful light.

LIVING ROOM

Spacious, bright and intimate, our living room is the ideal place to relax after a tiring day around the city, to watch a movie all together on Netflix, Amazon Prime or Disney+ on the brand new 32-inch 4k TV, and to have breakfast in the morning. It can also be converted into a workspace.

TERRACES

One of the strong points of our apartment is the presence of two terraces. One is large, comfortable and bright, and you can relax there in the morning with a good coffee, or in the evening sipping wine in good company or smoking a cigarette. The second one has the laundry area.

During your stay you will have exclusive access to the entire apartment.

Other things to note

For bookings of 2 guests, the sofa bed will be prepared only on request.

Smoking is allowed only on the terrace.

If the apartment smells of smoke at check-out, a penalty of up to €250 will be charged to cover the cost of extra cleaning.

If you need a crib, you must let us know at least 24 hours before arrival.
