The space

PERFECT FOR COUPLES OR FAMILIES (UP TO 4 GUESTS) Our three-room apartment on the fourth floor with elevator combines contemporary design, natural light and comfort. Located in the heart of Monteverde, the green and authentic neighborhood of Rome, it offers a perfect balance between residential tranquility and fast connections to the city center. A detail many guests love? The afternoon light that fills the living room, a warm and relaxing atmosphere that immediately feels like "home" even for those who have just arrived.

BEDROOMS

Two bedrooms designed to guarantee maximum relaxation: - Double Bedroom Queen size bed, large wardrobe and a decorative wall that gives the room personality. Private access to the terrace to enjoy moments of outdoor relaxation. It is the favorite room of those who love waking up to fresh air and silence: you open the door and find yourself in a space all your own. - Single Bedroom (Flexible) Bright and welcoming, it can easily be turned into a twin room with an extra bed. Ideal for families with children or groups of friends. Total: up to 4 beds.

OPEN SPACE LIVING AREA

The heart of the apartment is the bright open space that combines living room and kitchen. The comfortable sofa creates a welcoming atmosphere, while the modern, fully equipped kitchen lets you prepare any kind of dish with ease. What stands out here is the mix of clean lines and small, carefully chosen design details: not just functionality, but an environment that "invites" you to live in it.

MODERN BATHROOM

Elegant and functional, equipped with a bathtub with shower, quality towels and a complete set of complimentary toiletries.

PRIVATE TERRACE

Accessible from the double bedroom, it is the perfect space for breakfasts in the morning, evening aperitifs or simple moments of tranquility breathing the fresh air of Monteverde. In the evening it is the most evocative spot in the home: a little refuge where you can relax after a full day in Rome.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay.

Other things to note

The entire home is cleaned and sanitized after every stay with the utmost care and attention.

Bed and bath linens are included in the price.

At self check-in you will receive all the information you need to ensure a pleasant and carefree stay.

Smoking is allowed only on the terrace.

If at check-out there is a smell of smoke inside the apartment, a penalty of up to 250€ will be charged to cover the cost of extra cleaning

To also use the sofa bed in the living room or the second bed in the small bedroom, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance
