We have recently renovated, aiming for a modern and refined design while keeping the original charm of the vintage 1970s floors with their unique and distinctive pattern. Every space has been designed to offer you comfort and functionality, with fully independent access for your maximum privacy.

BEDROOM

Bright and cozy double bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200cm), spacious wardrobe and a window with a panoramic view over Rome from above. A private en-suite bathroom makes this space perfect for your rest and privacy.

LIVING AREA WITH SOFA BED

The heart of the apartment is the large living room, where the comfortable sofa bed provides space for 2 additional guests. The round dining table for 4 people is perfect for sharing your meals together, while the Smart TV guarantees moments of relaxation and entertainment.

SPACIOUS KITCHEN

The kitchen, larger than the one in the studio apartment, is fully equipped: fridge with freezer, hob, oven, coffee machine and kettle. The practical counter and the dining table create the perfect space to enjoy your meals all together.

EN-SUITE BATHROOM

The bathroom in the bedroom is modern and complete, with shower, bidet, toilet and sink. The window overlooking the greenery of Rome adds natural light to the room.

OUTDOOR AREA WITH PANORAMIC VIEW

The apartment has access to a shared outdoor area with a truly special view: on the right you can admire the historic Vatican Walls, while on the left a panoramic view of the city from above opens up. This outdoor area, enriched with plants and trees, is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.

Guest access

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay.

Other things to note

The entire home is cleaned and sanitized after every stay with the utmost care and attention.

Bed linen and bath towels are included in the price.

At the time of self check-in you will receive all the information you need to ensure a pleasant and carefree stay.

Smoking is allowed only in the outdoor area.

If at check-out the smell of smoke is present inside the apartment, a penalty of up to 250€ will be charged to cover the cost of extra cleaning

To use the sofa bed in the living room as well, you must notify us at least 48h in advance

For larger groups: it is also possible to book the adjacent studio apartment to have up to 6 beds in total.

In accordance with the obligations of Italian law, you will be required to complete an online check-in procedure that allows the identification of all guests staying at the property, and you will be asked to sign a short-term rental contract
