The space

ELEGANT AND COMFORTABLE SPACES Ideal for groups of up to 6 people Our 100 square meter apartment has been recently renovated to offer the utmost in comfort and style. Every detail has been carefully designed to create a welcoming, luxurious and refined environment.

BEDROOMS

The apartment has two spacious bedrooms with extremely comfortable hypoallergenic king size mattresses (200x160cm). The master bedroom is an oasis of comfort and functionality, equipped with a spacious wardrobe, private minibar, a desk for those who need a work corner and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom, spacious and bright, is equipped with a roomy wardrobe and elegant finishes.

BATHROOMS

Two modern and functional bathrooms, each with a large shower and all the comforts you need for your well-being, including high quality towels and a courtesy set. The en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom guarantees total privacy.

LIVING ROOM

The living room is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. It has a very comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate up to 2 additional people.

KITCHENETTE

The kitchen is a dream for lovers of culinary culture, equipped with every appliance you could need: refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Bialetti coffee maker, toaster, kettle and much more. It is the perfect place to prepare tasty dishes or a Roman breakfast before heading out.

Guest access

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay.

Other things to note

The entire home is cleaned and sanitized after every stay with the utmost care and attention.

Bed linen and bath towels are included in the price.

At check-in you will receive all the information you need to ensure a pleasant and carefree stay.

If, at check-out, there is a smell of smoke inside the apartment, a penalty of up to 250€ will be charged to cover the cost of extra cleaning

To use the sofa bed in the living room as well, you must notify us at least 48h in advance

There is a garage right in front of the house with which we have an agreement (40€ per day). Please note: we are in a limited traffic zone, which can only be accessed on Sundays or, on other days, from 18.00 to 6.00

In accordance with Italian law, you will be required to complete an online check-in procedure that allows the identification of all guests staying at the property, and you will be asked to sign a short-term rental agreement
