ELEGANT AND COMFORTABLE SPACES Our apartment has been recently renovated to offer the utmost in comfort and style. Every detail has been carefully designed to create a welcoming, luxurious and intimate atmosphere.

BEDROOM

With a very comfortable queen size bed and a quality hypoallergenic mattress, designed for real rest. The original 1960s windows overlook the rooftops of Rome: waking up here feels different. On the fifth floor the noise of the street doesn't reach you, only silence and sky.

LIVING ROOM

Bright, with a panoramic glass wall that leads directly onto the terrace. Double sofa bed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Air conditioning and radiators ensure maximum comfort in every season.

BATHROOM

Modern and functional, it has all the comforts you need for your well-being, including high quality towels and a courtesy set. I'M NOT RECOMMENDING YOU DO IT BUT: if you leave the door open, you can take a shower while looking at the rooftops of Rome. It doesn't happen often.

KITCHEN

Equipped kitchenette for those who want to feel at home even on vacation. Professional Lavazza coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle. Everything you need for a proper breakfast before heading out.

DREAM TERRACE

One of the strengths of this apartment is the magnificent private terrace of over 20 sqm, fully furnished for your comfort. You will find an L-shaped sofa with a low table for moments of relaxation and an outdoor dining area for dinners under the Roman stars. The view sweeps over the rooftops of the historic center all the way to Villa Borghese on the horizon. During the day the music of the Accademia di Santa Cecilia rises up from the street. In the evening, Rome is all at your feet.

Other things to note

The entire home is cleaned and sanitized after every stay with the utmost care and attention.

Bed and bath linens are included in the price.

At check-in you will receive all the necessary information to ensure a pleasant and carefree stay.

Smoking is allowed only on the terrace.

If at check out there is a smell of smoke inside the apartment, a penalty of up to €250 will be charged to cover the cost of extra cleaning

To also use the sofa bed in the living room for a booking of 2 people, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance

In line with the requirements of Italian law, you will be asked to complete an online check-in procedure that will allow the identification of all guests staying at the property, and you will be asked to sign a short-term rental contract
