The space

ELEGANT, CAREFULLY CURATED SPACES Ideal for families and couples, up to 4 people Our apartment, on the second floor of a noble building on Via Vittoria, has been completely renovated to offer the utmost comfort and style. Every detail has been carefully considered to create a welcoming, elegant and refined environment, in the heart of the Tridente and a two-minute walk from Piazza di Spagna.

BEDROOMS

The apartment has two double bedrooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe, Smart TV and air conditioning. The master bedroom offers the utmost privacy thanks to its private en-suite bathroom with a chromotherapy shower. The second bedroom, equally well kept and bright, is perfect for the family or for friends traveling with you.

BATHROOMS

Two modern marble-clad bathrooms, both with a spacious shower. In one, the shower features chromotherapy, the ideal play of light to recharge at the end of the day. High-quality towels and complimentary toiletries included. The en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom guarantees total privacy.

LIVING ROOM

The living room, overlooking Via Vittoria, is the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Sofa, dining table, Smart TV and a handy built-in kitchenette for your morning coffee without having to move.

KITCHEN

Separate, fully equipped kitchen: hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishes and everything you need to prepare a Roman breakfast before heading out or a dinner when you get back.

Guest access

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay.

Other things to note

We are on the second floor with no elevator, so we advise against booking if this could be a problem.

The entire home is cleaned and sanitized after every stay with the utmost care and attention.

Bed linen and bath towels are included in the price.

At check-in you will receive all the information you need to ensure a pleasant and carefree stay.

If there is a smell of smoke inside the apartment at check-out, a penalty of up to €250 will be charged to cover the cost of extra cleaning

to also use the sofa bed in the living room, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance

there is a garage just steps from the apartment with which we have an agreement (€40 per day). Please note: we are in a limited traffic zone, which can only be entered on Sundays or, on other days, between 18:00 and 6:00

in line with the requirements of Italian law, you will be asked to complete an online check-in procedure that allows all guests staying at the property to be identified, and you will be asked to sign a short-term rental agreement
