BEFORE BOOKING: CONSIDER THESE FEATURES This Tiny House is designed for those who prioritize an absolutely central location over space. Before booking, please consider the following.

The loft: The bed is on a loft with limited height, reached by a ladder. It is not possible to stand upright. If you have difficulty with stairs or prefer more spacious accommodation, this may not be the right choice.

The compact space: We have optimized every centimeter for functionality and design, but it remains a small space. Perfect as a base for exploring Rome, less suitable if you are looking for a spacious apartment where you will spend a lot of time.

First floor without elevator: A manageable flight of stairs, but something to consider if you are traveling with heavy luggage.

If these aspects fit your needs, you will have a unique experience in the pulsing heart of Rome. If you prefer more space and traditional comfort, we will be happy to recommend one of our larger apartments.
