The heart of the apartment is the single open-plan space that combines the sleeping area and the living room in perfect harmony. The very comfortable double bed (160x200cm) guarantees a restful night's sleep. The large windows flood the whole space with natural light and offer a panoramic view over Rome from above.

The kitchenette is equipped with all the essentials: fridge with freezer, hob, coffee machine and kettle to give you the best start to your Roman days. The practical counter makes a perfect spot to enjoy your meals.

The entire home is cleaned and sanitized after every stay with the utmost care and attention.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

At the time of self check-in you will receive all the information you need to ensure a pleasant and carefree stay.

Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor area.

If there is a smell of smoke inside the apartment at check-out, a penalty of up to 250€ will be charged to cover the cost of extra cleaning

For larger groups: You can also book the adjacent two-room apartment to have up to 6 beds in total.
