Guests will have full access to all parts of the apartment, including the facilities and appliances. However, the communal garden is for the exclusive use of residents.

Other things to note

The entire home is cleaned and sanitised after every stay with the utmost care and attention.

Bed and bath linen is included in the price.

At check-in you will receive all the information you need to ensure a pleasant and carefree stay.

If, at check-out, there is a smell of smoke inside the apartment, a penalty of up to €250 will be charged to cover the cost of extra cleaning.

In accordance with Italian law, you will be required to complete an online check-in procedure that will allow all guests staying at the property to be identified, and you will be asked to sign a short-term rental agreement.
