Spread over two levels with a mezzanine, it combines well-organized spaces with a welcoming atmosphere.

- Mezzanine with Double Bed The double bed is on the mezzanine, accessed by a ladder. An intimate space with a large wooden chest of drawers to conveniently store clothes and accessories. - Main Floor Open-plan living room with kitchenette, sofa bed for 2 additional people, dining table and full bathroom. The perfect space for socializing and relaxing.

LIVING ROOM: THE HEART OF CONVIVIALITY

The living area is designed for relaxation and versatility. The 4K Ultra HD Smart TV lets you access Netflix, YouTube and other platforms for entertainment evenings. The dining table with 4 elegant chairs is ideal for shared dinners, while the sofa turns into two comfortable single beds, perfect for families with children or groups of friends. The ideal place to enjoy a glass of wine after a day of exploring.

KITCHENETTE

The compact kitchenette includes an induction hob, a modern fridge, a microwave and an Italian moka pot for a perfect coffee. You will find utensils and dishes to prepare simple and delicious meals.

The mezzanine: The double bed is on a mezzanine with limited height, accessed by a ladder. It is not possible to stand upright. If you have difficulty with stairs or prefer more spacious accommodation, this may not be the right choice.

The compact space: The loft is larger than a tiny house, but remains an optimized space. Perfect for 4 people who want authentic Trastevere, less suitable if you are looking for a very spacious apartment.

First floor with elevator: The elevator takes you to the apartment's floor, but inside there are stairs to reach the mezzanine.

If these aspects fit your needs, you will have an authentic experience in the heart of Trastevere. If you prefer more space and traditional comfort, we will be happy to recommend one of our larger apartments.

The entire home is cleaned and sanitized after every stay with the utmost care and attention.
