Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay. We are happy to offer you advice and suggestions on what to see and do in Rome, to guarantee you an unforgettable experience.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, so it is not shared with other guests.

The building where the apartment is located has an elevator but to reach the accommodation you need to climb two short flights of stairs. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.

If the apartment smells of smoke at check out, up to €250 will be charged to cover extra cleaning costs

For bookings of only 2 guests, the sofa bed will not be prepared unless explicitly requested at least 24 hours in advance

In accordance with Italian law, you will be required to complete an online check-in procedure that will allow the identification of all guests staying at the property, and you will be required to sign a short-term rental contract
