The space

PERFECT FOR COUPLES OR SOLO TRAVELERS Newly renovated and cared for in every detail, our apartment is on the first floor of a historic building in Trastevere, on a quiet street two minutes from the nightlife. The charm of Rome's most authentic neighborhood combined with the comforts of a brand new home.

THE SPACES

As soon as you step inside you find a bright, tidy space divided into 3 areas: the living room with kitchenette and dining table, the sleeping area and the bathroom area. Everything is on a single level, with no stairs or lofts.

KITCHEN

Kitchenette fully equipped with induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, kettle and coffee machine, with utensils and dishes for breakfasts and meals. Then again, with the restaurants of Trastevere two minutes away, resisting the temptation of dinner out will be the hardest part of your stay.

BATHROOM WITH WINDOW

A rarity in Trastevere, a bathroom with a real window! Bright and airy, with an anteroom and a spacious shower. No stale air or darkness, just natural light and freshness. Soft towels and welcome kit included.

BEDROOM

Bedroom with a queen size double bed, Smart TV with Netflix, closed off and independent from the living area. It overlooks the building's inner courtyard and this changes everything: while the nightlife thrives two minutes away, not a sound reaches here. Despite the super central location, you wake up fresh and rested, in the heart of Trastevere.

Guest access

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, which is not shared with other guests. The building where the apartment is located has an elevator.

Other things to note

The entire home is cleaned and sanitized after every stay with the utmost care and attention.

Bed and bath linens are included in the price.

At check-in you will receive all the necessary information to ensure a pleasant and carefree stay.

If there is a smell of smoke inside the apartment at check-out, a penalty of up to 250€ will be charged to cover the cost of extra cleaning

In line with the requirements of Italian law, you will be asked to complete an online check-in procedure in which passports or ID cards will be requested, allowing the identification of all guests staying at the property, and you will be asked to sign a short-term rental agreement
