The double bed is on a mezzanine above the kitchen, reached by a ladder. An intimate, cozy space that guarantees peaceful nights thanks to the high-quality mattress.

BEFORE BOOKING: CONSIDER THESE FEATURES This Tiny House is designed for those who value an absolutely central location over space. Before booking, please consider the following.

The mezzanine: The bed is on a mezzanine with limited height, reached by a ladder. It is not possible to stand upright. If you have difficulty with stairs or prefer larger spaces, this may not be the right choice.

The compact space: We have optimized every centimeter for function and design, but it remains a small space. Perfect as a base for exploring Rome, less suitable if you are looking for a spacious apartment where you will spend a lot of time.

If these aspects suit your needs, you will enjoy a unique experience in the beating heart of Rome. If you prefer more space and traditional comfort, we will be happy to recommend one of our larger apartments.
